Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Lead recruitment efforts to attract, select, and onboard top-tier talent aligned with Amraim’s values and needs.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster a positive work environment, manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and implement initiatives that boost morale and productivity.
  • Performance Management: Develop and oversee performance review processes, offering guidance to managers and employees to enhance individual and team effectiveness.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Manage competitive compensation structures and comprehensive benefits programs, ensuring compliance and fairness.
  • HR Policy & Compliance: Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and company objectives.
  • Learning & Development: Identify training needs and facilitate development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Culture & Values Champion: Act as a custodian of Amraim’s core values, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and sustainable practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least [Y+] years in an HR management role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in a rapidly growing or evolving organization is a plus.

任职资格:
