Key Responsibilities
As our Head of Finance & Accounting, you will oversee all aspects of the Group’s financial operations, including:
- Strategic Financial Planning & Budgeting: Lead the development of comprehensive financial plans, annual budgets, and forecasting models to support Group-wide strategic objectives and optimize resource allocation across diverse business units.
- Accounting & Financial Reporting: Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of all financial records and reporting. Oversee the preparation of timely and insightful financial statements for internal and external stakeholders, adhering to relevant accounting standards.
- Auditing & Tax Management: Manage internal and external audit processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Develop and implement effective tax strategies, ensuring adherence to national and international tax regulations across all operating regions.
- Payroll Management: Oversee efficient and compliant payroll operations for all Group entities.
- International Financial Compliance & Audit Oversight: Provide vertical management and oversight for compliance and audit inspections of our international regional subsidiaries. This includes ensuring adherence to local financial regulations, internal policies, and facilitating independent cross-border financial audits.
- Treasury & Cash Flow Management: Optimize cash flow, manage liquidity, and oversee banking relationships to support the Group’s operational and investment needs.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, implementing robust internal controls and policies to safeguard the Group’s assets.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role overseeing a significant financial function, preferably within a diversified group or a multinational corporation.
- Demonstrated expertise in international financial management, cross-border consolidation, and compliance.
- Proven experience working with and coordinating independent cross-border financial audits.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities, with a track record of effectively managing and developing teams.
- Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems.
- Fluency in English and Chinese is required.

任职资格
