We are developing an innovative AI-R-Agent (AI Role-based Agent) ecosystem, integrated with a Real World Asset (RWA) financial settlement architecture, to achieve a closed loop of “AI Agent Contribution Quantification → On-chain Value Automated Distribution.”
We are seeking passionate and skilled developers to join our core team and drive this vision forward. You will have the opportunity to play a crucial role in the following key technical implementation phases:
Phase 1: AI Agent Development & Core Infrastructure Setup
In this phase, you will be responsible for building the foundational blocks of the Amraim AI-R-Agent ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize core AI Role-based Agents (AI-R Agents), focusing on high-impact tasks in commercial real estate such as market data analysis, automated document processing, and customer query responses.
- Utilize Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering to ensure AI agents accurately understand and execute complex instructions.
- Build and deploy core Web3 infrastructure, including selecting appropriate blockchain platforms (e.g., Polygon or Ethereum) and deploying smart contracts for the AMM governance token, Ausd settlement stablecoin, and ARC contribution token.
- Implement basic oracle functionalities to securely ingest off-chain AI agent performance data and enable initial ARC token minting.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Python or other relevant AI development languages.
- Experience with Large Language Model (LLM) applications and prompt engineering.
- Familiarity with Multi-Agent System (MAS) architectures and design principles.
- Strong command of Solidity and smart contract development.
- Development experience with Ethereum, Polygon, or other major blockchain platforms.
- Understanding of oracle integration and data bridging technologies.
Phase 2: RWA Integration & Ausd Deepening
In this phase, you will focus on bringing real-world assets onto the blockchain and deepening our stablecoin mechanisms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the RWA tokenization of commercial real estate assets or their yield streams, including designing tokenization mechanisms (e.g., fractional ownership) and smart contract implementation.
- Deepen the Ausd stablecoin’s hybrid collateral mechanism, integrating tokenized treasury bonds into the collateral mix and ensuring their on-chain integration and management.
- Expand oracle capabilities to support more complex RWA-related data verification, such as real-time validation of rental income, property valuations, and compliance status.
- Collaborate closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure RWA tokenization and settlement processes meet regulatory requirements.
Required Skills:
- Development experience with RWA tokenization (including NFTs and fungible tokens).
- Familiarity with stablecoin architecture and collateral management mechanisms.
- Understanding of on-chain representation and integration of tokenized treasury bonds or other financial assets.
- Experience with advanced oracle development, especially AI-powered oracles for data credibility verification and anomaly detection.
- Basic understanding of blockchain legal and compliance aspects.
Phase 3: Ecosystem Expansion & Governance Reinforcement
In this phase, you will drive the overall growth of the Amraim ecosystem and its decentralized governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Introduce a wider variety of AI Role-based Agent roles and capability modules to cover broader commercial real estate operational needs (e.g., complex contract negotiation assistance, portfolio optimization).
- Explore and implement interoperability with external DeFi protocols, creating broader liquidity and use cases for Amraim’s tokenized assets and Ausd.
- Progressively decentralize AMM governance to the DAO, designing and implementing on-chain voting mechanisms and governance smart contracts.
- Continuously optimize AI agent performance and the tokenomics model, conducting security audits and compliance reviews.
Required Skills:
- Experience with advanced AI/Machine Learning model development and integration.
- Familiarity with cross-chain communication and DeFi protocol integration.
- Experience with DAO governance mechanisms and smart contract development.
- Understanding of blockchain security auditing and risk mitigation strategies.
- Experience with iterative development and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).
