Job Description
As a Custom Suit Fitter, you will play a crucial role within the MOREDAO/Amraim Bespoke team, providing professional, accurate, and customer-centric fitting services. We will provide comprehensive training on our product range, fitting techniques, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Measurements and Order Processing: Accurately measure clients’ net body dimensions and relay detailed measurements and style requirements to the store manager.
- Customer Service: Professionally interact with clients, explain the fitting process, and address any complaints or issues.
- Quality Assurance: Take responsibility for the accuracy of your measurements and the client’s garment requirements.
- Equipment Management: Effectively use and maintain measuring tools and fabric samples provided by the store, and maintain a professional appearance during appointments.
- Scheduling: Coordinate home visit times with clients, manage personal daily schedules and client appointment commitments, ensuring reliability and punctuality.
- Training and Communication: Participate in our comprehensive training program to stay updated on product ranges, measurement techniques, and company procedures. Maintain open communication channels with our internal team.
- Sales: Utilize sales skills to upsell additional features or products when appropriate, enhancing business profitability.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience in fashion, tailoring, or related fields.
- Excellent learning ability to quickly master fitting techniques and ensure measurement accuracy.
- Strong communication skills with clients and internal teams.
- A professional attitude and a customer-centric mindset.
- Reliable in managing personal schedules and commitments.
- Sales skills are a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in English is preferred.
University students or individuals seeking part-time positions are especially encouraged to apply to gain experience during their studies. Students majoring in fashion design will be given priority.
Compensation:
The compensation model for this position includes a basic salary and additional bonus opportunities based on sales performance and positive customer feedback.
The anticipated working hours are no more than 30 hours per week, but require flexibility.
