Serviced Apartment Operations Manager

Amraim Property is seeking an experienced Serviced Apartment Operations Manager to take full charge of our serviced apartment operations, ensuring high service quality and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

As the Serviced Apartment Operations Manager, you will:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects related to apartment operations.
  • Report regularly to senior management on the status of apartment management.
  • Develop and adjust operational plans for projects based on market research and demand analysis.
  • Be responsible for the expansion and management of serviced apartment business, maintaining and developing relevant external relationships.
  • Cultivate client relationships and actively explore new client resources.
  • Manage apartment supplies and submit procurement reports.
  • Develop and implement service management policies for the serviced apartments to maintain service quality and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the management and maintenance of internal apartment facilities.
  • Manage the cleanliness and hygiene of the apartment interior and exterior; oversee maintenance and repair management; and handle client reception services.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or higher in Business Management, Property Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in serviced apartment operations management.
  • Familiarity with the operational trends, management models, and processes of serviced apartments.
  • Practical and results-oriented, with strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities, as well as excellent communication, coordination, and public relations skills.
  • Experience as a manager or professional in serviced apartments or boutique hotels is a plus.

  • 完成领导安排的其他工作任务。

任职要求

  • 企业管理、物业管理、酒店管理等相关专业大专及以上学历。
  • 2年以上酒店式公寓运营管理工作经验。
  • 熟悉酒店式公寓的运营发展趋势、管理模式及流程。
  • 踏实务实,具备较强的领导力和宏观思维能力,以及较强的沟通协调和业务公关能力。
  • 有酒店式公寓或精品酒店管理人员或从业经历者优先考虑。
